Rules
10 points to spend on characters. Once a character is picked, they are gone. Henchmen can be picked multiple times.
All Characters with Expanded Universe are allowed there EU feats. DC allowed Pre and New 52 feats.
All characters are in character, and still hold onto their rivalry. They will not work well with enemies on their team, but will not attack said enemies either. They will recognize people from their own universes as well.
No BFR, but can teleport others around the battlefield.
No Mental KO or Mental control of a enemy team. Applies to soul abilities as well.
Time Manipulation is allowed only on the character who has it only. Can not Increase speed past Hypersonic.
Transmutation is allowed, but limited to 1 character use on a enemy team. On your own team, and anyone outside the enemy team is fair game.
Intangibility, Teleporting, and Transmutation dismemberment are not allowed on enemy team, but everyone else is fine.
Gear must remain Street Level.
Summons/Duplicates limited to Navy Seal Team quality. You cannot summon anything or duplicate enough to overwhelm a 6 man Navy Seal Team with ease.
Unsure, then ask. If things get out of hand, rulings will be made.
Mission Three
Simple Mission of search and destroy the other team. but its not as easy as you may hope. The battlefield is littered with enemy combatants. In this case Zombies!
Each green Star is 20 zombies that will move to any sounds they hear. Any bites from them will likely kill ya. Have fun with that.

Pikachu is a short, chubby rodent Pokémon. It is covered in yellow fur, and its ears are long and pointed with black tips. It has a small mouth, brown eyes, and two red circles on its cheeks. There are pouches inside its cheeks where it stores electricity. He is an electric type pokemon. Not much more to him than that really.
Prep
Lucario with his aura sensing and enhanced senses will scout the area to detect the zombies in the area so no problems of being caught off guard by them when the match starts
From across mountain ranges lucario views the surrounding area to see he paths and trees and to see over thousands of pokemon in number who are about to go to war
Given that the battle area is out in open area flight can be taken advantage of.
Pikachu will ride on charizard and head out across the sky to set buildings on fire and prepare to summon thunder and lighting from the sky to ensure difficulty for team to attack me passed the 1000 feet mark when the match starts
Pikachu has ridden charizard multiple times before
Pikachu summons the thunder from the sky and directs it by pointing down to where he wants it to hit. Here he hits deoxys directly aimed at the crystal on its chest. Pikachu has great accuracy with thunder.
The Battle
Scarecrow will be on the ground with lucario preparing to release fear toxin for when your team arrives to do battle. Thats if and only if you somehow are able to transverse across the area while defending against the zombies, fire, and lighting.
With lucario being able to sense where you are he will be able to know exactly the best time for Scarecrow to release the fear toxin right before your team attacks.
Now ofcourse Scarecrow and Batman are no strangers to eachother and know what each will bring to the table. But with lucario on the ground and charizard and pikachu in the sky its very unlikely scarecrow will have to fear the batman here.
I know spidermans spider sense will be a great advantage to your team but lucarios aura reading is just as if not more of an acute sense ability so lucario will see you coming before you can see him coming.
It will be tough for batman and spiderman to dodge all these aura spheres lucario will create that explode upon contact
In the end there i just too many attacks to try to avoid.

Ive seen spidermans speed debated so much here on the vine and ive actually made a thread (a long time ago before this match was made) about his speed and only one person even mentioned his speed being that fast as you mentioned and it seemed they were doing it in a joking manner. Mostly everyone's answers range from 80mph - 160mph. So i find it hard for him to actually move 1440mph.
Its just not consistent if he has ran that fast before. There are way too many instances spiderman has had in comics that show him not moving that fast.
Like for instance running from a helicopter. The helicopter and its bullets shouldnt even be able to chase or move past him at all if he was that fast.
