in both departments punisher is far more skilled marksman and h2h combatant comedian showed little feats of brawling other beating a prime trained ozy which ozy's feats didn't impress me in the slightest, he beat on two very low level brawlers who did nothing but fight gang fodder punisher fights people above himself in terms of h2h skill and proves to be a worthy opponent while comedian beat on a mob of protesters watchmens characters are not made for battle forums in my opinion and this is coming from a big fan of the watchmen i am also a fan of punisher who is also a far better marksman
