Punisher vs Spider Man

Punisher as Franken Castle, with Bloodstone, and he has his three hand guns, machete, grenades, and assault rifle.

Spider Man is pre secrete wars like Punisher, and does not have the new super suit.

Some info on Franken-Castle for those who do not know. Overall Franken-Castle has the same skill, tactics, gear load out, and abilities of Punisher. Only enhance with insane strength boost, durability, and minor healing.

Strength

1) Rips off an Cyborg's arm with one hand.

2) Overpowers and face plants Deadpool through the stone floor.

3) Kicks another through a thick block wall.

4) Slams Daken with one hand through an building floor to the one below it.

5) Kicks Daken through several block walls.

6) Kicks Daken through several building floors into the rebar.

7) Overpowers Daken, mangling his body, and breaks his bones with ease with his hands alone.

KOes Wolverine with a few head slams.

Speed

1-2) Fast enough to cut a man in half and in delay fashion body does not fall apart right away.

3) Keeps up fine with bullet timer Cyborg Samurai fine.

We also have tons of feats of Punisher keeping up with Hellsgaard who in turn keeps up with super fast Dracula. As well speed and skill wise keeping up with Wolverine and Daken.

Durability

1-2) Stabbed in the throat or organs means nothing to Frank.

3) Brushing off being eviscerated with a buzzsaw.

4) Chainsaw through the body and lifted in the air on its blades to no real effect.

5) Stabbed over and over Daken and Wolverine and barely slows down.

6-9) Hit by Semi Truck, then thrown into an armored Swat Van, then thrown into a explosive sign that collapses on Frank, and finally smashed through block walls. All this after the multiple stabs and slashes from Daken and Wolverine before hand. After all this, Frank was still not KOed.

10-11) Flamethrowers show no damage to Franks body.

12) The grip of a lava monster fails to show any burn damage to Frank.

Then there is the tons and tons of feats below of Punisher just beaing damn near impossible to KO against overwhelming forces of Lady Gorgon and her army of Hand, Cyborg Samurai with Hellsgaard, and fighting 3 rounds with Daken and Wolverine.

It should also be noted the Bloodstone that Punisher gets halfway through the series grants minor Healing.

Franken Castle takes down a army of ghouls and cyber samurai to only be sneak attack by Hellsgarrd. Hellsgaard is strong and versatile enough to fight Marvel Dracula on even footing, and Castle here takes everything Hellsgaard has and more even though Castle is mentally impaired during this fight.

Franken Castle faces Lady Gorgon and her Hand army. Castle easily shows high degree of stealth, skill, and durability to just walk over her best efforts.

In this epic long war, we have four battles one after the other in non stop gauntlet. Franken Castle first fight has him for the most part matching Daken fine. During the fight his mental ability started to affect him, and lead Daken into his booby traps while popping brain pills for focuse. Second round of fighting is Punisher dominating Daken in the subways. Daken lands in Frank's traps, but then Daken hacks and slashes Frank when in close combat, but to no avail. Punsher again like the first fight keeps up fine in both speed, and skill. In this fight, Daken is overwhelm by the added gear, strength, durability, and minor healing Punisher now has. Daken cannot keep Punisher down, and Punisher just overwhelms Daken's healing factor. Daken tries to escape to heal only for Punisher to continue to wreck him till Daken is KOed. Then Wolverine steps up in the third fight. Short live fight as Punisher flat out KOes Wolverine after a scuffle, but not before Logan adds more damage to Frank for the Bloodstone to keep up with in healing. Now we hit the fourth fight where Daken runs away again, with Frank in pursuit. Punisher at this point is damage pretty good and still chugging on. Daken this time uses a little prep to get the jump on Frank with a semi truck. Punisher while pinned and heavily damage then has the bloodstone cut out of him, and then is in turn ragdolled by Daken with new found strength and healing powers. After the ragdoll beating that Punisher takes, is nearly KOed till Wolverine hits Frank with some electricity. Which recharges Frank. After this they team up to easy beat Daken together. It took three previous separate fights to wear Punisher down with the two Wolverines, and only by the fourth fight does Daken figure a cheap way to win, and even then Castle is back in the fight for the final round five and beats Daken yet again.

Someone give some arguments for this. Trying to figure where Franken Castle fits for tiering.

Spider-Man, he's physically superior in most regards (except piercing damage) and should be able to eventually KO him. He could also use the whole 'web-down-the-throat' tactic as he's allowed to kill, although will probably be deterred from doing this until he's ran out of options.

The Punisher be looking a little wonky in the first post. Anyways, Spider-Man wins by webbing and superior stats.

@dirtytree333: I noticed too you mention Spider Man killing. This was morals on and in charcater fight.

I know, but it does say he can win by death. If it's the last available option, he'll probably do it as Punisher's not really alive.

Given the fact that he knocked Wolverine out in a few blows, it seems that he is stronger than Spider-Man, or at least hits harder. Peter has done the same, but more often than not Wolverine can take his best blows without too much of an issue. He also has a damage soak advantage. I'm not sure Peter's webbing is strong enough to hold him. Might go with Frank on this.

Frank isn’t hitting Spider-Man with bullets and is still faster but I can see frank dodging the webbing.

Spider-Man needs to cast a large web to use web incap.

Based on feats from that respect thread alone, Peter webs up Castle then beats him to a pulp.
