Problem is he never really showed that he was a capable hand to hand combatant in the movie. His fight with the Russian aside, he had no real showings in the movie displaying any combat skills. I'm not saying that he isn't totally useless in a fight, I mean I'm sure with the extensive Military and FBI training he had, he'd be a decent fighter. However people on this site go by what they've seen, and not what they speculate.
Hard to say who would win this. I'd say Roschach is probably the better fighter but Pun was super durable and hard as hell to KO. It could go either way for me.
