Punisher has no special training skills or abilities, all he has was standard marine training and some low ball unarmed combat techniques

Well Nightwing can still use his agility but he doesn't have much cover.I think Frank is a better fighter than Nightwing to begin with and if he's armed that just makes it worse.People seem to think that just because Nightwing can dodge bullets or outrun a shooters aim that he can dodge shots from the Punisher.Forgetting the Punisher consistently shoots people above Nightwing's agility level."

I'm not sure if Punisher is better at hand to hand. But he would give Nightwing a good fight. But since he has all his equipment and due to the set up of the fight, I think Punisher would win."
