Punisher, at the least hhe has nice physicals. Elektra sucks in both physicals and skill.

Pre-Black Sky Elektra was really underwhelming. I'll back Frank.

I'd actually favour Elektra in both circumstances. One of Frank's advantages against Daredevil is that the latter is not fighting to kill. Elektra is and she's more dangerous than Daredevil sometimes. True she relies on knives a lot, but she was beating boys twice her size when she was ten or twelve. And fighting them two at a time.

Pre Defenders, Frank. The dude is a monster.

Post defenders, not sure. Frank might win if he's willing to take a brutal beating as he shoves his thumbs into her eyes.

Punisher

Punisher stomps.

Season 2 Elektra would lose, Matt could barely beat Frank then. He is too tough to put down, she doesn't have the unarmed feats to justify saying she could KO him even though she is more skilled.

@the_magister: Maybe, but she has better training from Stick and was able to beat a group of trained adults as a child in hand to hand. So I give her the edge there.

Frank the tank wins. He's just too hard for her to put down.

Don't really know. Does Frank have any feats comparable to beating 3 Chaste ninjas at H2H while at 10 to 12 years old? Haven't watched Punisher yet for some reason.

Frank doesn't have the ninja training of a Chaste member, but he's very strong and very durable, and he uses those traits in smart ways to give his fighting style an edge. He is very resourceful, unpredictable, and fights with an extremely high pace and the stamina to back it up all day. So in ways he is very much more skilled than Elektra. But in ways, Elektra is more skilled than him because of her martial arts and acrobatic conditioning since childhood.

I think that Frank's nitty gritty advantages and his experience give him the win over regular Elektra, and he even has an outside chance of killing Black Sky because he's just that unpredictable. Regular Elektra has all the training and all the on paper pedigree you could ask for, but at the end of the day she was barely beating fodder, and wasn't a threat to Daredevil or Nobu.

Frank is too strong and durable. I see him winning.

Straight H2H I think he eventually outlasts and overpowers her. He's going to take some damage to do it, but he's a damage sponge.

If Elektra had her Sai's and Frank a knife, it would be a totally different story.

Pre-Resurrection Elektra? Frank annihilates.

Frank would soak up a lot of damage, but still beat a pre-resurrection Elektra to a bloody death. However, he would be absolutely shitstomped by Black Sky.
