Punisher is willing to go further than Duke is thats for sure. He would have no problem killing him (well if he did something wrong). Duke on the other hand is a more than well trained solider/and commander. I think this would be a good fight
have you read the mos card for duke from gi joe, he nothing but a high class forgein langauge expert, with weapons training...the cartoons did not do much good for him either, even the comics dont show him being in punisher class.frank castle, is what a gi joe memeber would be like. as far as weapon knowledge is brought up.
I didnt say duke would win, I am asking the question, But from reading the comic Duke is a very capable solider, I dont think we can deny that.
