Nah. He's gonna get overwhelmed. There is already a huge reach advantage for a sword vs a knife.

This, even with his ferocity he can't take them with this disadvantage.

To limited in gear. He works best with few guns, and plenty of ammo. He is a gun guy, great in close combat, but even in close combat, he uses Guns lol.

So would shotgun balance things?

That be useful. He used that baby well in close quarters. Still he needs ammo.

@mr_ingenuity: I think he could take round two now. He should be able to avoid attacks or make distance to reload some more shells, and his hand gun is more useful.

Punisher gets slaughtered. He barely made it through a dozen men at the prison.

Guns or not, he would simply be overwhelmed. This is just short of spite. Why do you hate The Punisher so much?

I never counted but how many of the Crazy 88 was there actually? I don't see Punisher being on Beatrix'so level.

He wins both, round 2 maybe 6/10.

R1: Gets overwhelmed in seconds, they just rush him.

R2: Gets overwhelmed, but he takes out a few dozen.

Nah... On round 2 he takes it farely well. Crazy 88 won't be much of a threat vs a shotgun with unlimited ammu.

In fact I think the C88 are overrated.

Nah. Punisher has a different kind of skill set. I think frank would clip at least 25 then get diced up

Discounting the psychological aspect of facing off against a gunman with nothing but a sword (i.e. assuming maximum craziness), Crazy 88 should have him overrun in short order. He straight up doesn't have the ammo for a job this big. Even with unlimited rounds, standard pump-action shotguns have fairly sluggish reload times.
