No. Jotaru was only able to get Pucci into that position because the whole team had worked together.

I mean, nothing but the fact that he didn't do that even when he had the chance. Pucci can also sort of react while time is frozen, so I believe he'd survive until Jotaro couldn't fight back anymore (which wouldn't take that long all things considered).
