After her resurrection, creator Chris Claremont noted that, in addition to no longer having the use of her own telepathy, Psylocke is immune to all forms of psionic manipulation, even attempts at telepathic communication. This is a result of her brother Jamie's manipulation of the quantum strings that comprise her. She is also immune or at least highly resistant to other psionic-based powers like the Savage Land Mutate Vertigo's disorientation power or Nocturne's mind possessing abilities. yeah she is cheap but still a nice character.

PSYLOCKE is but quick

better combatant body to body

and she knows much of martial arts

Betsy,she's immune to telapathy and her telekinetic power is probably stronger than Jean's after Jamie's increasing

Even with her upgrade Psylocke TK aint as strong as regular Jean Greys was, it just ain't Jean without the phoenix use to rival Xavier. Psylocke definantly wins the hand to hand battle though and if she can stay alive to dodge all the cars and bolders Jean is going to throw at her she can win. I say Jean wins, there is a reason Phoenix Force chose her.   

Jean Grey for me. Her level may even go beyond even the manipulation of Jamie Braddock.
Jean without the Phoenix has defeated Psylocke in the Danger Room before the Legion Quest, she generated two psy-blade in her hands while fighting Elizabeth

Jean. She had her TK much longer, and used it in ways that showed a proficiency Psylocke is lacking.

Psylocke wins this one for me. Jean won't go down easy, but in the end Betsy will be too much for her.

When she was first discovered to be alive she lashed out against Bishop using TK and Rachel grey stated that  Psylocke was on a level that not even she could match

Jean still wins. Her TK is more refined, and I believe, more powerful. She has years of experience and 1-to-1 training with Xavier.

Jean Grey wins even without the phoenix entity, she is one of the most powerful telepaths on earth :)

jean is going to win but this is not fair since you are talking about psylocke at the height of her abilities so, you would have to use an amped up jean grey plus jean is more expirienced in her tk and jeans tk came back after the trade with her and psylocke and it was more powerful than before.

Jean Grey, Jean actually beat Psylocke without using her powers in the danger room. Jean is more powerful and she can handle her in a fight.

Jean=Omega level mutant. Should I say more :).

No no no, what we're forgetting is, currently, Betsy has TK, and for those of you unaware, her TK has proven to be stronger than Jean & Rachel's combined, her telepathic ability is equal to Jeans, If not, slightly below, battle could go either way.

@PsychokineticJ: Psylocke's telekinesis is nowhere comparable to Jeans Telekinesis. Jean has feats that Psylocke has never performed before. Same with Rachel. Not to talk of the both of them combined against Psylocke.

Please post feats of Psylocke's telekinetics that is above Rachel and Jean.

You're forgetting that Psylocke is using Jeans old telekinesis.

Then telepathy, Psylocke doesn't have telepathy feats on Jeans level (not to mention that in the early 90s during Muir Island saga, Jean was able to knock out Psylocke with a Psychic attack).

@del_torro: When Psylocke was revived in Uncanny Rachel said that her Tk was at a level that she couldn’t match. Of course Psylocke had and still has Jean’s old tk and as we know, Jean’s TK now >> Jean’s old tk.
