The pair dwarfs Xavier in terms of power but I don't think they have the necessary skill to take him out. I give it to Xavier barely, after a great fight. Nice picture of Rachel though, doing what she does best @koays

Anyway...idk. Rachel vs Xavier happened in AvX and they let out enough TP power to destroy part of the area. And while it ended in Rachel and everyone else being mind wiped it was after Rachel had seen through Xaviers illusions and hid the psionic monster that is a Phoenix 5 member from being detected by Xavier.

Add to that Rachel's recent powerboost and you could argue that Xavier's 1v1 win against her isnt as sure as it was.

Now once you add Psylocke to the mix the debate changes but only slightly. Psylocke is so much weaker then both of them that she may not even be able to stand against a direct attack from Xavier or the pressure of a Xsvier vs Rachel battle. If she can however she'd need to somehow help to take the skill advantage out of Xaviers court or force a distraction...which idk if she can even do that.

Numbers edge makes this a 5.5->6 out of 10 for Xavier but Psylocke just doesnt have much feats to add to this except her presence being used as a distraction to allow Rachel to overwhelm him.

Do you consider Rachel to have more raw telepathic power than Xavier?

I’m leaning towards the team, the skill advantage can only help Xavier so far.

@onsipin: Absolutely. And if shes not then they are dead equal in raw power. Xavier's higher end feats of raw power put him solidly in the Top 3 for TP....but Rachel's feats of sending her Astral form from another galaxy, and communicating with Cable from the beginning of time are things that BREAK the rules of what we know about TP.

@Koays: Hasn't Xavier communicated with Tp to the shiar Galaxy before? And in X-men blue, while captured and having his powers restrained by the future brotherhood, he was able to send Telepathic messages to the future to Magneto.

And I'm gonna need to see that scan. As far as I know he was hooked up to cerebro and being used for something in Blue. But idk about him calling Magneto.

Regardless Rachel is trapped and totured at the beginning of time. That is a completely different feat scale.

About Blue, was he using cerebro? What were the brotherhood using him for. I'll find the scan where he talks about communicating with magneto

Here in #16 we find out that Xavier has been communicating with Magneto and is the reason he built the Time machine.

Now the problem with feat is that in the scan below, the Brotherhood says that they subdued Xavier.

But, the thing is he has cerebro on his head. Which is really confusing. Why did the brotherhood put him in cerebro after defeating him, why amp an enemy and then claim he was subdued.

And if Xavier was amped, why didn't he take out the brotherhood (we know that Xavier Junior is basically controlling all of them like puppets), if he's strong enough to send messages through time, why not just take down Xavier Junior who has been stomped by Rachel and Emma. I'm really confused about The brotherhood giving Xavier Cerebro after they restrained him. It doesn't really make sense.

About the range feat from different galaxies. Here Xavier accidentally possessed Lilandra all the way in the Shiar Galaxy from Earth (similar to how Jean accidentally astral projected to the heroes reborn universe)

So basically, anytime Xavier astral projects or communicates with Lilandra, he's using telepathy across galaxies.

I'd give it to the team for a slight majority. They have more power and slightly less skill, but I think their superior power makes up for it. Especially with what happened in Astonishing X-Men and Hunt for Wolverine, Psylocke is much closer to the top tier of psychics.

@koays: the end of time feat is good, but that's a separate mutant power of hers, to project her consciousness through time.

@geekryan: In x-men 77. Either she knifed the psi plane, or she psi knifed a person causing a ripple effect in the psi plane. Either way, it caused every telepath on earth to lose their psychic powers. I’m short. Screwing them.

@lordofallhumans: Nah, she used her mental link with Cable to do it. The other 3 times we've seen her project through time were sending full minds into other bodies and was definitely with her Chronoskimming ability.

@del_torro: My understanding of blue was that they were trying to lure the O5 back in time or using Xavier for something with their time travel scheme. I have no idea what the hell is happening in that arc...but as good as Bunn is he also had a cosmic cube amped Emma get beat by Teen Jean and Scott....so idk how much value to put on this stuff.
