I will take Galactus... Galactus could fire off an attack that can level a Star System and I think the impact of that blast alone will have The Professor doing the Harlem Shake in Hades.

Professor Paradox will do as he wishes.

I might go with Paradox as he has total control over time and space, but i don't know what he would do during that time.
