Zoom can exist and operate outside of the time-line, so reversing time wouldn't work on him. He wouldn't get the chance to anyway, since Zoom would have given the Prince hundreds of punches to the face before he could react.

if thats the Prince at the PS3/Xbox 360 game,he wins because the princess will save his ass every time he loses if thats PS2/GC Prince,he loses,despite making the PS3/Xbox 360 looking like a chump

Yeah, Zoom's powerset makes him nearly unbeatable in most battles.
