@garouhm: In my POV, speed equalized is basically going toe to toe with each other with speed being sort of like normal humans. Either of them can react to each other attacks. And if any of them let their guard down, then they may fail to evade it.

1- Prime A.M wins, because Atomic Samurai obviously lacks the movement speed and "Weakened" All Might can casually disperse tornados by punching the air, so i believe "Prime" A.M's shockwaves from his punches can definetily hurt AS, and AS can't dodge them with combat speed since he needs to move his body. We can't definetively say his combat speed is higher because he is featless, but Prime A.M can still win if he don't get close to AS. How fast does A.M's shockwaves moves is a question though.

3- AS can get damage from a single Black Sperm clone's punch so there is no way he is tanking a single punch from Prime A.M.
@rizaadxn: Also isn't he Island lvl by scaling from Prime AFO who nuked the island in the least minimal effort when he fought Nana Shimura ? I think he can take Round 2 tho simply coz of how he is Island lvl by scaling.
All Might doesn't use explosions so it doesn't scale. The only way it would is for durability but we don't know the details of Prime AM vs Prime AFO.

Hmm. Instead of using Prime All Might, use All Might then in Round 3 since i didn't state that it has be to be All Might in his prime and he is restricted to that version
AS blitzes the first two rouns. He is just way faster.
R3 with speed equalized and using Prime All Might, I would give it to All Might.
All Might seem to have more devastating power and assuming, that he is way stronger in his Prime (if we go by that statement, around 60 times), he should comfortable take this.
@themadtitan6000: AS can cut Dragon level threats down and split one of Psykorochi's smaller beams. All Might could have a chance but he can still get diced down.
From what I've seen, Allmight wins the speed equalized round. Not sure about the other two rounds. If AS can get bas AM's durability, he probably wins due to his speed. If he can't kill AM right away, AM might spam large scale punches and the wind gust could throw AS off and he could get tagged.

@aggrape: that is already highballing lol. USJ all might has same durability =USJ nomu, USJ nomu lost half of his body to todoriki's ice. Season 4 todoriki>>>season1, and still can't hurt tetsu, who's durability is equivalent to iron. Keep in mind that mumen rider in OVA beat a wolf level monster who can tank bullets in his face. Also, scaling from other aspects, mha herso are weak as fuc. Endeavor can't last more than 10 minutes, and his best attack made his flame blue, remember who used blue flame in one punch man ? Yeah, A class blue flame, who's base attack is blue flame and can go on for days lol.
