Raiden and Sam. Pre-TS Zoro and Sanji’s combat speed is hypersonic but not double digit so they’re slower, additionally they’re at a major equipment disadvantage-those HF blades are far too much especially in a random encounter.
The Pirates are stronger with better synergy, (when these two stop bickering they have flawless team work) skill and range w/Zoro’s flying sword attacks however they lose a majority every time since Zoro can’t blade lock.
