Molecule Man stops at 10. He was vastly more powerful than the Living Tribunal, and the only person in the multiverse that was capable of briefly standing up to the Beyonder.
The one you call Owen Reece clears rounds 1 to 6 quite easily. Once he reaches round seven, he loses. There is zero chance he can take out Thought robot Superman.
They already fought and Molecule Man was defeated.
After his defeat this is what Molecule Man has to say.
"I transact on power levels unimaginable to you, Captain America, and the Beyonder, it seems, on levels unimaginable to me!"
That's a pretty big comparison. Imagine the power difference between Captain America and Molecule Man. Then Molecule Man saying the Beyonder is so much more powerful than himself, that the power gap between him and the Beyonder is basically the same as Captain America vs. Molecule Man.

That doesn't necessarily mean that he's saying the gap between himself and Beyonder is as large as the gap between himself and Captain America; just that there is a large gap between both.
That's mostly semantics though. It's still a good scan to point out

1. silver age superman - Not multiversal in power, but can easily tank universe busters
2. Flash (wally west) - Speed Force won't save wally even giving him 100% of it's power
3. chaos war Hercules - capped at 98% of a multiverse, not omniverse, not all of creation.
4. Mad Jim jasper's - cap unknown, at best multiversal in power but debatable
5. Rune King Thor - Hardly even a universe ender
6. Spectre - By himself, nowhere near universe thread. With God's approval, can destroy the whole of Creation.
7. Thought Bot -A literal concept that did battle with a being that fed on the entire lot of Creation itself, that kept the entire DC creation in his back room.
8. Classic Dr Fate, classic Dr Strange,Dormammu and shuma gorath - At best, the combined effort is multiversal
9. Lucifer morningstar & Michael - Combined, can destroy all of Creation of DC
10. Living Tribunal and The great evil beast - Tribunal is high Multiversal, not omniversal. Bested by Protege, made a fool by PR Beyonder and Owen Reece. GEB is pretty much the same as the Presence.
where does he stop or does he clear
battle starts on the moon but can end up anywhere
everyone is at full power
See this guy below? Mandrakk kept Creation over there somewhere. Like, a casual bin or art gallery to look at and feed on now and then if he wishes. That's not just a multiverse. Understand something here, Owen failed to beat The Beyonder, who said his power was an ocean and the entire omniverse of Marvel was a drop in that ocean. Even then, DC's "Creation" is far in excess of marvels Omniverse (all the universes in Marvel). Mandrakk kept that essentially in a bowl on his desk.
Not only is Thought Robot a concept, it likely does not have actual atoms and molecules. The construct is more vast than the entire DC continuity. It's like if the Marvel omniverse were a mable and the jar were the beyond realm, and that jar is in Mandrakks kitchen and he goes and takes a sip now and then. Basically, that's the structure of the DC continuity and how Mandrakks "conceptual realm" is more thought based than an actual physical place. DC's presence couldn't handle Mandrakk, the over monitor was needed to erase his ass from DC itself. IE: The writers and comic page itself needed to delete him to beat him. Owen is not making it past round 7. At this time the TR vs Mandrakk fight went down, DC had infinite universes. Literal infinity. Mandrakk and TR were still superior.
