Pre-Crisis Lobo vs. New 52 Lobo

This is "real" New 52 Lobo, not his imposter. In-character. No prep. No knowledge of the opposition save they're a Lobo, and therefore must die. Unarmed. No outside interference. Win by any valid means except BFR.

The battle takes place in ... Town from "Frisky Dingo."

Round 1: Clones are allowed. Playing dead to lull one's opponent into a false sense of security is legal. If the original last Velorpian dies (it must be Lobo prime, not a clone), New 52 Lobo is immediately declared the winner, regardless of clones.

Round 2: no cloning allowed. Playing dead counts as a forfeiture and thus a loss.

Which Lobo and why?

Bonus round: winner goes on to get the chance to frag Kingdom Come Lobo.

Ultra super secret bonus round of happy fun time 2: winner gets to face Lobo One Million.

PC lobo both round. PC lobo was a planet+ striking brick, Anime lobo got wrecked by supergirl accidentally. Don't know about the bonus rounds, don't know either of those iterations.

@tifalockhart: Sorry I really have no idea why I said pc, I even had bronze age showings in mind when I commented.

Edit: hmm, really? Maybe I was mixed up even more then if I thought his planet destroying was from the bronze age.

I think the New 52 had nerfed all of their characters somewhat to a degree prior to Rebirth, so I might say PC Lobo being able to pull crazy shenanigans like eating a city or defying physics.
