This is old but Pre-52 is better in literally every away, and that includes his skill sets. He was the best archer and marksman in that universe and he was more trained in martial arts, and his arsenal was bigger in terms of weaponry he carried and the styles of fighting he had. New 52 just... isn't that good, has nowhere near the experience or expertise that Pre-52 has.
Pre-52 wins this and he wins this easily, I don't see how this is even a debate.
@ashrym: Tech is debatable, but his intellect was much better pre-52. He built multiple high tier bases coated with an arsenal weapons and his own weaponry was high tech and had a huge variety, much more than N52. N52 is just more flashy but pre-52 actually carried more weapons and knew when to use them. The intellect about building different arrow types is the same, he designed the trick arrows in both universes and was always the guy who tested out and created toys instead of sticking to traditional arrows.
