i hate to say this, but clark. peter's way of the spider is designed to work with his powers.
with his powers without them he gets squashed like a bug ... oh wait
o.k. get off of my boy. he can always come back as...
I don't know much about Clark's hand to hand. I've never seen him fight without his powers. Even without Peter's powers he's still a well trained fighter and is still just as crafty as he was with his powers. So Peter can win here.
Peter stomps as hes had experience in a humans body, superman wont know how fast he is, how strong he is,how his reactions are without his super speedcand senses, he'll feel blind, weak and deaf, atleast parker knows what. Being humans like
This could go either way. Both have shown to be adept with pressure points and I think both incorporate powers into their fighting style normally. In terms of feats while depowered Clark has dodged bullets but Peter fought Tarantula in amazing spider-man 341, keep in mind he was doing this without powers. Granted there were some factors:
Tarantula was blinded by the confetti and his anger threw tarantula off at first but Peter was still fighting someone who had some decent fights with him while he was a teenager (and much less experienced) without his powers, and did dodge two kicks from tarantula. And Felica did finish tarantula off. This was also before his way of the spider training.
Again there were circumstances but at the same time I doubt any of us would have did better in the same position really.

Superman has had many feats without powers. This isn't a stomp one way or the other IMO.
way of the spider worked hand in hand with his spider sense.
clark kent also has martial arts training. At the end of the day he is still a built farm boy with training, against someone who when lost his powers did end up being quite useless in general.
Way of the spider was learnt in the first place because Peter lost his spider-sense.
Even without powers, Clark is used to the hard farming work of toiling out in the field day after day until he was a grown man. Peter was your average suburban teen. Clark with the brute strength and endurance you can only get from years of hard farming work would stomp peter into the ground.

This is true I stand corrected, but he still had the ability to endure for longer, jump higher, and move faster. Removing his strength and speed would pretty much be like strapping extra weight on to him and then telling him to preform the same moves. His training was learned in his spider enhanced body, would he be just as effective if he lost his striking ability and speed?

Except superman has been depowered before...
.Batman trained him for instances like that.
he was trained by the worlds greatest marital artist,Superman: World of New Krypton Vol. 1 issue 3.
Superman was trained in Torquasm-Rao and Torquasm-Vo as well.
@w0nd: Part of the training was done with power suppressors.
Superman is trained. Knows pressure points. And is a jacked 6'3
The first 2 things can be said for spider-man as well. I assume physicals are equalized here.
@comicsrulebutdbzdoes2: Superman actually thought he was human when he was younger, and he even had to overcome human boundaries before being able to effectively use his powers.
