I think Ninja Storm wins this fight. I dont know who really is more powerful its kinda hard to tell here. But I always liked Ninjas and they fought my second favorite generation of Power Rangers (DinoThunder) pretty well.

Wild Storm is more powerful Zord wise.They are about equal power wise.

Wild Force had cool animal spirits and stuff...but got the taken out most of the season by there future teammate The howling Wolf. Ninja Storm ranger could really fight without Ranger powers. when they came back in Dino Thunder with the rank of Masters they totally work those rangers easily. Ninja Storm wins by a mile!!!
