Pre-Flashpoint Alan was either a cripple or a broken down old man on the verge of death without the Starheart. That stipulation makes it a mismatch. You might wanna edit your OP.

@citizenbane: Whhops. But doesn't the Starheart make him super duper omega powerful? I'm not an expert on him. Do I give him half-power Starheart or something?

The Starheart was the sole source of Alan's power, he doesn't have any abilities without it, and he almost died when Mordru tore it out of him. Perhaps you could give PG some backup.

@joygirl: Well, Alan Scott so far has the Green Flame (Starheart powers) combined inside him. Disregarding that arc, I'm not sure on how you can change the OP. Maybe Starheart but instead the Green Flame is limited? Maybe take out phasing, telepathy, teleportation, and invisibility too, since that would be too much for PG.

But I think that Alan can win without those powers anyway.
