I guess Carol stops him through FTL speed? Other than that, 9-12 beat him too.

May stop at 6 or 8,definitely stops 9.

Why is Doctor Strang above any incarnation of Thor?

Why is Dormammu above Thanos with the IG?

Why is Hela below Base-Thanos?

Stops at 12. He speed blitz the rest into oblivion.
