Current Hal fluctuates in power. JL he was just a rookie. Now he is pretty powerful. I really don't know.

superman can break hal's constructs? Sure.

But the real ques. Is can superman break hal's constructs faster then hal can creat? Because hal can always make more. :)

I cannot vote for Jordan due to the massive nerfing that has been done to all Green Lanterns in order to make Superman the most powerful being on DC Earth. And that is seriously hurting a lot of creative things in DC. So as most of GL Jordan's highest end feats are no longer applicable, he has no way to deal damage to Superman.
