both the characters are actually an amalgam of pokemons and ben 10 aliens respectively

• composite anime and manga feat for both (no game or pokedex entries)
• hoopa gets only 5 minutes time for his summonings, and can not summon creation pokemons
• random encounter
• win by any means

Hoopa's go to move was to summon other legendary Pokemon that were under his control so he summons all the other legendary Pokemon and they proceed to stomp. Or darkrai puts them all to sleep and proceeds to stomp. Either way pokemon should take it.

I am not familier with the alliens here, but pokemon has crazy psychic (Deoxys) , someone who can send everyone to sleep and give them nightmers and his attacks can turn superhuman peoples into stone (the humans in pokemon are much stronger than real life people) (darkrai), someone with city busting feats who is stronger than mega mewtwo (Zyguard), hoopa who can call for help and a planet buster on their side (ryquaza)
