what? Hulk is capible of out living all life on Earth and has in a what if comic! and isn't shaggyman a robot?

seriously hulk has the shortest life span both shaggy and plas can survive more damage then hulk as well

Shaggy Man.

I'm not very experienced with him but considering his body is the same as the General's, he should be the same power level as the General, only not as smart. 

The General absolutely wrecked Superman.  He can take the Hulk no problem.  As for Plastic Man, he may be tough, but he's not tough enough to take that kind of a beating.  His best feat by far is standing up to a giant Martian Manhunter who is probably not even as strong as the General.  On a normal day, a punch from either of these guys would make his head spin.  Several would ko him.
