How much damage a Special Beam cannon to Aldoron?
Almost 0 damage to Aldoron. It might go through him all the way. Good for it. That is still almost nothing. It most certainly isn't killing Aldoron. Even a perfect shot would likely have to be fired multiple times. The size difference is too great. Small piercing attacks are only good for enemies with obvious vulnerable points.
Lets see a beam with no feats other than killing a mountain level character with no established durability to piercing attacks vs something larger than mountains that wouldn't even notice it. Tough one...
lol at mountain level Raditz
oh and what level do you have him at.

moon level, and he's more powerful than Piccolo who can moon bust
lol at mountain level Raditz
Instead of wasting comment space with your mindless jarg, you might want to show those feats he doesn't have.
@jirou: You realize Raditz is stronger than the version of Piccolo that blew up the moon right? Even if you ignore that, he is way stronger than 23rd budokai Piccolo who has an island level feat, and Nappa has a casual country level feat. Raditz is at max low ball country level, and should be moon level.
lol at mountain level Raditz

I guess I'll waste another.
@alextheboss: You realize that that DBZ is known for their energy attacks being able to do far more damage than they can dish out physically. Not only that but comparably their damage resistance to physical attacks is far below what they can dish out with energy based attacks.
piccolos energy blast not even his spc has moon level potential. He himself is not moon level.
lol at mountain level Raditz

Whatever floats your boat
@alextheboss: You realize the moon being blown up in Dragon Ball is not only an incredibly inconsistent showing power wise to that saga, but it's often treated as comical and not very impressive by weaker peers like Wolfman.

Imagine thinking Saiyan Saga characters are mountain level lmao.
aint u a virgin?
Are you?
By feats Piccolo stomps.
But Roshi blowing the moon is probably PIS, dragon ball started as a gag manga.
Not to mention King Piccolo best attack could only destroy the city Toriyama is lazy and doesn't care about that.

Roshi's moon busting feat is an outlier but I'd say Piccolo's isn't.
Are you?
nah but u share the characteristics/language of one
lol, im just playing fam

I see.

@takenstew22: Did Piccolo destroy the moon with his special beam canon?
@takenstew22: Did Piccolo destroy the moon with his special beam canon?
No, he used a random ki blast.
I actually say Aldoron no sells this one
It's not stronger than his Moon Blast because either it was a really small Moon so like Country level beam, or the blast was an outlier
For multiple reasons it has been contradicted in both the Saiyan Saga and the Namek Saga

How the hell was the moon country level? What is with the DB lowballing on this site? Lmao.
Because
Toriyama just has a moon destruction fetish.
It's literally a running gag in his stories.
The Moon is most likely smaller than our moon
Plus, it would also explain why the Earth doesn't get all messed up when it's destroyed as it would in real life

Doesn't discredit the feats.

No proof saying it is other than a stupid fan calc.

Fiction doesn't care about real life.
I'm not saying the feat didn't happen
But even if it the Moon isn't smaller
Then it is definetly an outlier considering the fact that
- Even after training for a year after his Moon Bust and getting several times stronger, when Nappa made a crater in the ground Piccolo talked about how he could never even DREAM of such a blast
- Krillin after Guru powered him up via plot device, was even stronger than Piccolo had been when he had fought Nappa and was shitting himself at Recoome making a crater in the ground and "warping the planet" which is anywhere from Small Country-Multi Continental and even said that kind of power is terrifying and Krillin should be at least Moon+ lvl-Small Planet level now no?
- Goku when he fought Frieza was in awe of Frieza "cutting a line through the planet" and even said, "what a technique"
And etc......... all make Piccolo's Moon feat invalid
Also, via any form of consistency, Frieza is the First Planet Buster in the series considering Toriyama kept hyping up Frieza to have Planet destroying power and kept having Frieza brag about being a Planet Buster as if his fodder soldiers already weren't and Goku and Vegeta were in shock and awe and were impressed that Frieza was a Planet Buster and praised the man for it. Seems pretty consistent to me that Frieza was the first true Planet Buster
And since Piccolo busting the Moon was considered Small Planet level calc due to fast he vaporized it
It's inconsistent with the other things I showed you

Stop taking environmental damage into consideration. AP matters.

Same as above.
- Goku when he fought Frieza was in awe of Frieza "cutting a line through the planet" and even said, "what a technique"
Same as above. Frieza cutting through the planet was casual and also above moon level.
And etc......... all make Piccolo's Moon feat invalid
No they don't. At all.

Frieza in his first form was a casual planet buster. Goku and Vegeta were impressed by his power because he was so far above baseline planetary.
And since Piccolo busting the Moon was considered Small Planet level calc due to fast he vaporized it
It's not small planet level.
It's inconsistent with the other things I showed you
It's not. It just means characters are more powerful than that Piccolo lol.
You realize that that DBZ is known for their energy attacks being able to do far more damage than they can dish out physically.
The moon is a physical object and it was destroyed.
Not only that but comparably their damage resistance to physical attacks is far below what they can dish out with energy based attacks.
This does seem to be true by feats, but it is irrelevant to the conversation. You can argue Raditz's punches are only mountain level or even lower, but his ki blasts are obviously way higher.
piccolos energy blast not even his spc has moon level potential. He himself is not moon level.
We are talking about the power of their ki blasts here, not there physical durability or strength.

Like, did you just decide to ignore that part?
@wabubub: Everyone it has hit has been relative in power level meaning they can handle a certain amount of energy.
Piccolos power level was around 400 when he vaporized the moon
When he charged the special beam cannon his power level was at 1400
Aldoron implodes from too much energy passing through his body, stop being ridiculous.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Power level also isn't limited to ki usage. Aldoron would have a crazy high one just because he is physically beyond most Z characters.
it will certainly penetrate his entire body but the damage is dependent on where piccolo strikes, Aldoron is too big, this would be similar to a human getting pierce by a needle through an arm while injure is not really that bad.
The ki Blast he used against the moon will do much better, Special beam canon is a move to fight against Humanoid creatures which is why it concentrates/compresses his Ki to such a degree increasing AP.
@wabubub: what a stupid statement, power level is direclty linked to ki usage.
It’s just in early z and in dragon ball not everyone knows how to fire off ki blasts so all they can do is amp themselves physically.
They are still using that ki to protect themselves and it is still present in the AP in their strikes which is why someone like beerus can tap on a planet and blow up half of it. or how Frieza can survive the physical force of a large planetary explosion with almost 0 ki and cut in half.
If it didn’t scale to physical use than how would Frieza survive the physical force of a planet exploding?
When people strike in DB they still are using that level of ki to overcome ki defenses which is why if you aren’t relevant in power level and you hit someone they don’t feel it nor do they move.
You just embarrassed yourself with your absolute lack of knowledge on such a simple power system
Aldoron dies
Well, Special Beam Cannon is like Piccolo's most powerful attack. And he use a generic ki blast to wipe out the moon in 4 seconds flat, soooooo........
New Thread
Does Aldoron survive the Spirit Bomb???
Do people still not understand how physical strikes work in dragon ball in regards to AP after all this time?
Apparently not. People still don't take ki aura into consideration.
