Who wins and why?

I don't really know how powerful Piccolo got after ROSAT.

I like to think Piccolo would win but there’s zero reason for this.

Probably Piccolo, but yeah, there's nothing concrete to say why.

Piccolo Due to being pretty impressive against the Cell jr and the trunks saying how much stronger he become.

I would guess Cell but as others have said there really is no way to know.

Bump. Backing Piccolo here because he managed to put up a decent fight against the Cell Jrs, each of whom are very likely much stronger than Semi Perfect Cell given their superiority to Vegeta and Trunks. I don't see Semi Perfect Cell being able to replicate such showings.

Evey1 did equaly shit vs the cell jr‘s in the manga.

The cell jr‘s played with them anyways , so piccolo holding his own which wasnt even shown in the manga is just the anime taking shit out of context again.
