No chance bro. I think roshi is at saiyan saga vegeta level at best. Yamchs is ginyu force level, and krillin and tien should be somewhere around namek goku level. Piccolo is capable of beating DBS Ssj2 Gohan by himself, so we assume that current piccolo could beat Cell by himself. Mismatch. However, teamwork could make them win. Team has useful skills like Solar Flare, Destructo Disc... Roshi can use the mafuba, and Tien could probably do damage with Tribeam

Original DB 23rd tournament, gonna give it to humans too. Piccolo can't handle the likes of a tri beam, spirit ball, and kamehameha altogether, of course separately he can, but not altogether.
Anything above the Frieza Saga Piccolo one taps them all if they're in parallel sagas, unless tien pulls a neo tri beam, but Cell took it in place, while Piccolo would most likely dodge.
@mario5493: Humans lose to Freeza saga Piccolo. Numbers won't matter against someone who can fight evenly with Freeza's second form. Piccolo will whup their asses like he did Cooler's minions.
Roshi wasn't using his full power against Jiren and Picollo fought better against a Moro that defeated Ui goku who should be sliglty stronger than Jiren at the time. Picollo proply weaker than Roshi.
