The Cosmic Armor is the Concept that Overvoid made to contain the Flaw.
The Investigator is Mandrakk, and the Investigator is also Overvoid. They are one in the same being and both Overvoid and Mandrakk (Dax) are referenced as The Investigator. Mandrakk is the Overvoid given itself character and purpose.

You'd think you'd be at least smart enough to realize you got outvoted in a shitty scan with 2 scans and 2 sentences because people find you extremely annoying with the same scan spam, but nah keep going. I could see TR winning this, not for reasons stated by a certain someone but regardless Perpetua is overrated some and TR is kind of the guard to handle out of control monitors/celestials whatever.
CAS felt the audience, and knew we (as the audience) were watching him, that alone trumps anything anybody in DC has done. Also has plot manipulation, so he is basically a writer himself. So it could be safe to say that he himself is is right next to Snyder & Capullo. Lastly he is created to overcome any threat that comes his way. So in the end he will overcome her, or manipulate the story to be that way. CAS takes this.
