Perpetua can bust universes one by one at near full power while FF can bust 100s. FF should win.

she created all of DC according to Synder and can end it if she so wishes and her children also crafted their own Multiverse. First Firmament is the fist reincarnation of the Marvel Cosmos, he barley done anything thats Multiverse.

Thats different than whats cannon. She can only bust a single universe while at near full power in the comics. Also the multiverse she made is the 52 universe one iirc.

u know what the new 52 is right. Literally she created everything this included the 52 universe which is a small group of local multiverse in a bigger infinite Multiverse. Also the sphere of Gods, which by this point is more impressive than FF. First Firmament all he did was create the celestial lead to a war and when the war was so chaotic shattered him to many species causing a new beings to be born which was Eternity and his many version. She destroy most of the universe down to only 8 trust me she operates on a higher scale. Ultimate Ultimates needs more story telling in order for us to understand more so of how powerful the First Firmament. Funny thing i was trying rewrite FF wiki cuz its sounded so plain and boring but i got denied XD.

But actually Perpetua is overrated it seems as she can only destroy one universe at a time and needs time to gather energies to do so again, same for her creating multiverse, it was a process for her.
