All reality warpers listed turn her to stone.

Her best feat is destroying a universe, I think? That's at her best and it's not something she can pull off without sufficient time and energy. Her species can create multiverses but it is with borrowed power from Presence and they die in the process. Perpetua didn't, because she used the opposite power to create a multiverse that could renew itself and feed on others like a vampire.

I suspect the universe bust, though. She talked about the feat right after she performed it, revealing that the multiverse is unstable and dying, which means it is not a clean feat.
