Sanji - alone - speed blitzes this fodder

I have perfected fist Garou at Continental to continental+, and around FTL+. But Sanji and Zoro have similar AP and their speed isn't far off, so I'll give it to the duo. Although If it was a 1v1 I would say Garou.

And we can’t forget when he later kicked Saitama into the planet from the sky and launched the debris and mass everywhere at ridiculous speeds, which would be at least country-level and can get higher.

The fact that they are a team would'nt give them any advantage. Garou already dealt with a larger team, with much better teamwork, and more complicated techniques. And this was even a much weaker, half-dead, unprepared version of garou.
