Percy cuts him open.
Is Percy that strong to take out Thor?
I had read the books and I don't think he can take out a street lvl hero.
What can do percy?
You mean what can Percy do?

He doesn't need to be super strong to kill Thor with a sword that can kill him. He needs to be super fast.

I haven't read the books in a while, what are Percy's speed feats?
Without the CoA Percy arrow-times and aim-blocks/dodges bullets on numerous occasions. He even reacted to a bullet after it had been fired. The CoA gave Percy an enormous boost in speed, strength, skill, and durability. As soon as he got the CoA, Percy was able to dodge 100 bullets at point blank, and cut through 200 undead warriors extremely fast:
An army of dead marched toward us. A hundred skeletal Roman legionaries led the way with shields and spears. Behind them came an equal number of British redcoats with bayonets fixed. In the middle of the host, Hades himself rode a black-and-gold chariot pulled by nightmare horses, their eyes and manes smoldering with fire...I yelled, and the River Styx exploded. A black tidal wave smashed into the Roman legionaries. Spears and shields flew everywhere. Roman zombies began to dissolve, smoke coming off their bronze helmets.
The redcoats lowered their bayonets, but I didn't wait for them. I charged.
It was the stupidest thing I've ever done. A hundred muskets fired at me, point blank. All of them missed. I crashed into their line and started hacking with Riptide. Bayonets jabbed. Swords jabbed. Guns reloaded and fired. Nothing touched me.
I whirled through the ranks, slashing redcoats to dust, one after the other. My mind went on autopilot: stab, dodge, cut, deflect, roll. Riptide was no longer a sword. It was an arc of pure destruction.
I broke through the enemy line and leaped into the black chariot. Hades raised his staff. A bolt of dark energy shot toward me, but I deflected it off my blade and slammed into him. The god and I tumbled out of the chariot.
The next thing I knew, my knee was planted on Hades's chest. I was holding the collar of his royal robes in one fist, and the tip of my sword poised right over his face.
Silence. The army did nothing to defend their master. I glanced back and realized why. There was nothing left of them but their weapons in the sand and piles of smoking, empty uniforms. I had destroyed them all.
So, Percy has the means to hurt Thor, and the speed and skill to land those strikes and not get hit by him.
@bladeoffury: Isn't Percy's sword incapable of harming mortals? Thor isn't a god in the MCU nor is he magical in anyway, so would I don't Percy's sword will be able to cut him.
Percy is being a bit overrated here bottom line he can't tank Lightning spamming or Mjolnir to the head end of story...

He takes lightning from Jason and Thalia with minimal issue, and the water grants him a healing factor/boosts him further even with CoA.

@bladeoffury: There is no magic in the MCU.
@bladeoffury: Thor uses Lightning very often actually. And what is this Percy is too fast for Lightning???
Thor one shots him.
Even the Gods in those books were weak in comparison to comic book characters. I've seen nothing from Percy to show that he could take even one shot from Thor's hammer.
Percy will aim-dodge lightning with ease. And what makes Thor's lightning above that of Jason and Thalia, children of Zeus?
Thor one shots him.

Not gonna argue about the outcome of this thread, but any Olympian would solostomp the MCU Avengers, and most of MCU Earth too. Hell, I'd say that they could even beat some of the less haxed high tiers from Marvel and DC.
@bladeoffury: Nope, Thor is a alien and the sword only works on Olympians and magical beings. Thor is none of those things.

What the ducks??
@supremegeneration: They're incorporeal, immortal and have a shit ton of hax. Don't see why they can't.

Not gonna delve into this again like that JL vs Riordanverse Zeus thread.
@christovgrigori: What water manipulation feats does he have that suggest he can beat Thor? Also what durability feats he have to suggest he can take a hit for Thor's hammer.

Eh, I still think he has a chance. :P
@thunderprince: @cregan_stark: @chris-sama: @destinyman75:
Willing to CaV it, and rep Percy with these exact conditions.
@bladeoffury: Nope, Thor is a alien and the sword only works on Olympians and magical beings. Thor is none of those things.
So how do you explain the enchantment placed on Thor's hammer? I am pretty sure that it's not science.
And I am confident the OP meant for Percy's sword to work. It would be weird if not.
@bladeoffury: When they were arguing, not really a fight, but Thalia accidentally release some electricity, and then Percy got through into a river(long range).
The two river dudes also suggested that electricity can kill him.
It depends how much electricity. An enormous amount can kill anyone.
Thalia never stomped him. The "fight" went like this: Thalia accidentally released some electricity which sent Percy into the creek. She started apologizing but Percy's sudden anger sent a wave crashing into her. Then, she got mad and sent a bolt of lightning right into his chest. He was barely dazed, got up, and willed the entire creek to rise, and was about to hurl it at her. Then the Oracle interrupted.
@jucaslucasa: Not a chance. Thor in the comics can one shot planets, Hulk as well. People like Thor and Hulk have to hold back when they fight because they can literally destroy any planet that they're on through sheer power. Surfer can do the same, Sentey, etc. and that's just Marvel.
All of the Gods COMBINED and Typhon were going all out and they were not a threat to destroy the planet. Heck, it's been a while since I read the books but I'm still trying to think of any actual damage that was done by their fighting.
@christovgrigori: When did Percy control anybody's blood? I legitimately want to know.
@cregan_stark: It's not about power, it's about hax. They've got transmutation, soul manipulation, time manipulation, mind manipulation, high level illusions, etc. They also can't be killed by regular physical strikes and can exist in multiple places at once. A regular brick would have a hard time against them.
He doesn't need to control the blood. He can choke him out with his saliva, with his tears in his tear ducts, etc., like he did to Akhlys. Percy controlled regular water, Styx water, Lethe water, lava, and poison. He also controlled water inside a guy's body. There is reason to believe that a morals off Percy will rip Thor apart from the inside.
@bladeoffury: In the MCU it is science. The Asgardians are much more technologically advanced then anything humans can imagine, so it is feasible that they could do that. Unless the OP specifies then we must assume that it is debatable.
@bladeoffury: Well then. under these conditions Percy should win. If Thor was also bloodlusted then it would be a different story.
@thunderprince: To be fair, wouldn't just studying magic turn it into science? I mean, by a dictionary definition:
If it's something that actually exists in the verse, and they study it to gain knowledge, shouldn't actual magic be called science anyway?science
