It is doubtful the Deadlights even do anything to Spawn. The Deadlights have only been shown to effect regular humans, and to varying degrees at that. Also, The Deadlights origin is Demonic. You know, that thing Spawn is literally the ruler of? :-P

That is a absurd leap in power from what feats Pennywise has. Illusions =/= reality warping. Again.... every single feat Pennywise possesses, Spawn has to a higher degree. You are making up feats now. lol

Seems accurate. Found multiple Pennywise vs threads. Usually against people not even on city level. Then makes a thread vs Spawn. It is cute.

Spawn. Even with deadlights, I don't see how Pennywise can stand against a being who defeated Satan and God.

Last I saw Al he was massively depowered, to the point where his costume didn't do anything for him anymore since he sacrificed pretty much all his power to get Wanda's soul to heaven. He's a far cry from his second or fifth age incarnations which people seem to be talking about here. I dropped Spawn a few months back, so whether or not he got stronger again is unknown to me. Spawn's levels do fluctuate between the ages though, which is clear if you're familiar with his material. He's not always at the level where he's beating people like Malebogia or God or Satan.

Definitely spawn!! A human girl (audra Phillips) survived the deadlights, and you have to fear pennywise or the deadlights for him to be effective in either form, and everyone knows that spawn has already murdered one powerful clown so I doubt he would have any problems with this one!!

Pennywise is a powerful god like cosmic entity but he's not unbeatable the losers club beat him but they did have outside help from a god more powerful than him but Spawn on the other hand has beaten gods and devils more powerful than Pennywise Spawn would definitely win in a fight between the two of them.
