Seiya has better hax, not sure what Naruto can possibly do against against getting atomised.

Seiya can bypass Naruto's durability through multiple attacks.

Can target the atoms, soul and even auto-revive via the 8th Sense. Naruto's hax isn't cutting it.

nah Kishimoto literally writes the data-book to explain how techniques work in-verse etc. and Viz has a history of mis-translations, why would he make it a near molecular attack it literally makes no sense.

How cares if is Near Molecular Level or Molecular Level ? It changes nothing, Seiya trains since his Childhood to split and destroy atoms apart and saints have resistance against that.
