Sheev should stomp -- Rey amped by every Jedi redirected the lightning with two lightsabers at the cost of every bit of her life force. These two alone aren't powerful enough to not get straight up wrecked by it.

Considering he showed power we have never seen before, I think we can assume he was much stronger than before. Someone who works for the star wars story group was asked on twitter by @lord_tenebrous and they said Palpatine was stronger than ever after absorbing the Dyad, so until it is outright stated that he wasn't stronger than before, he is.

@hollow_point: Yes he was. It was confirmed that when he took their powers he became stronger than his previous incarnation.

Depends on whether Palps has the amp or not

If he was amplified: Palpatine stomps.

If he was not amplified: Team wins.

Amped Palps stomps, Zombie Palps can arguably pull through.

Depends if you think they're strong enough to deflect the lightning. If so team stomps. If not Palps stomps.
