@citgo: Composite feats would probably apply but we can’t actually be sure of that, either. It’s strongly implied because the God would theoretically have a “peerless” existence, and would therefore surpass every other being in every conceivable way - but it might also be the case that as a certain being evolves their genetic pathway doesn’t overlap with every other character in Naruto so they might just simply not develop every kekkai genkai - or those kekkai genkai might manifest in the God differently. Furthermore there are things in Naruto that are learned, like ninjutsu and Ninja Tools.

I have a theory there may have been a Otsutsuki God before. All of the Otsutsuki so far have been constantly trying to drain multiple planets to amp and update themselves to become a Otsutsuki God. They obviously must have been influenced by something to want to achieve such a power.

That's actually a really good point, I hadn't even considered that quote.
This "Otsutsuki God" doesn't even exist as far as we know, so far it's just a concept. Assuming such a being exists however, Ichigo would get no diffed.
If That's a future version of Code than I'd say yes Code wrecks Ichigo. He's the sole Inner left in karma at this point. And he had to have restrictions put on him because he was someone that could have possibly upsert Jigen.

What a ridiculous fight, Naruto alone has full capabilities (and feats) to beat Ichigo in a 1 on 1 fight, so why put a character that is literally the sum of the entire Naruto / Boruto universe? is it supposed to be a massacre?
I wonder what goes on in someone's mind to even think that Ichigo has a chance here, the only explanation is that they don't even know who this enemy is.

A drawing in Naruto's room of a character he invented has as many feats as the 'Otsutsuki God's.
You know that NO anime/manga/HQ characters exist right? so none of them have deeds. It is enough to know the minimum of crossovers and that we are already able to assume a battle between these characters, what you have is difficulty in admitting Ichigo's defeat (and who knows his whole verse too).
