Batman has a chance to win if he uses the suit he fought Bizarro with or the Robotic Superman Suit he one shotted Metallo with....he could hop in the Bat-Jet too or mobilize the Bat-Rocket drop some artillery on Orochimaru .... or he could use some of them T-Spheres he made, they allow flight, generate shields and high voltages of electricity, shoot concentrated beams and lasers...Batman could use those and trap Orochimaru in a shield bubble then electrify him...incapacitation win...
