Orion was tanking a blitz and consistent beating from New 52 Superman and he only felt pain but he was still looking at him with a troll face without much damage (if he took any damage at all). And it was extremely powerful considering the fact that Clark created a big tunnel Superman #20.

I am pretty sure Orion can tank blows from Ulysses no problem. However I can't say the same for Ulysses as I am pretty sure Orion has enough damage output to take him down. Then again, if his energy absorption powers came into play, Orion will be in trouble.

Ulysses looks like sentry.................
