Rules/Conditions/setting/Scenario

Morg has been ordered by Galactus to eliminate Orion. Meanwhile, Orion too has been told by Highfather that a powerful Herald is on the way to liquidate him. Highfather and Galactus had an agreement to whoever wins the battle, wins their deal which was if Morg wins then Galactus will feast upon New Genesis and not spare anyone and if Orion wins, then Galactus will leave New Genesis alone and never cross paths with the New Gods of New Genesis again.

Orion. Morg has never really impressed me

First bump

Orion is consistently more impressive.

@antebellum: no, well of life morg(which is regular morg) took on at least 4 heralds, including the surfer the same surfer who later on during the crossover was playing around with orion.

He gets sliced up.

Orion takes this thanks to his direct scalings to Sups and Darkseid. His feats are just more impressive by a whole, solid tier.

Depends on which Morg? One with or without power cosmic?? With Morg takes it. Astro force isnt anything Morgs amps plus PC cant deal with. He took on four heralds including Norrin Radd and stomped them...Norrin had to get Galactus to come save them

Even without PC he held his own against norrin and other heralds. But without Orion would eventually win

@olorun: I've noticed lately several people have been referencing crossovers on the board. I'm wondering why that is?

Because if people are gonna be liberal about scaling, then crossover stuff isn't that out of lines. It functions to short circuit any in universe scaling.

@rajjarsalt: CV’s stance is that crossovers are not canon, even ones that are such as Superman/Aliens (referenced in Superman’s book) and JLAvengers.

EDIT: it appears the 3.0 version of the rules omits this, but it does say that Superman canonically didn’t wield Mjolnir.

On-topic, I’d say this could go either way unless Darkseid vs. Galactus: The Hunger counts in which case Morg would stomp.
