Order of the Phoenix win without much difficulty

HP wizards are way too versatile and hax. The only threat from the White Lotus is Bumi due to his environmental bending. Every other form of attack by the White Lotus can easily be countered

Phoenix comfortably.

Piandao isn't contributing much at all. Location restricts Pakku badly. Most of the OOTP can go aerial, which gives them a means to bypass Bumi's environmental attacks. Apparition takes away win by incap. That leaves us with Iroh, JJ and Bumi's raw power, which isn't going to cut against a numerical advantage the wizards have and Minerva, Snape should be able to win a majority against any single bender in the other side. The only reason the White Lotus would have a chance is Iroh's lightning(which should be killer move and the wizards won't be able to react) and the fact that wizards like Minerva restrain themself from using stuff like transfiguration, in character.

Pakku and Piandao aren't much help here and I don't think Bumi and Iroh can carry their side for a majority.

Order of the Phoenix pretty easily. Their magic is far faster than most of the WL, and their shield charms should be able to turn away all but the most powerful fire attacks. Add in McGonagall's transfiguration and the avatar team goes down hard.
