Optimus Prime vs Iron man Movie versions

I have read a few forums here and there and most say that prime would have the advantage.

I don't think Prime wins against Iron man.

First off in the movies they show the transformers to be above standard human tech which isn't to impressive since they have armour but weak in some places and a simple grenade will put them into trouble.

Iron man on the other side his entire suit has the same durability in every region,there is no weak spot for a simple bullet to get in and cause damage,I think his durability is at a small nuke's power more or less.

MOVIE Optimus Prime wins this rather easily...

Optimus Prime's sheer-size is too much. He was at-least 20 feet tall and is significantly stronger.

Anyone who's seen Transformers 3's badassery of Optimus Prime would know the answer to the question...

I can see you hate Transformers because Optimus won the Comic Iron man vs comic Optimus battle, this goes the same.

He is a much better fighter, he is bigger and is stronger as well also his weaponry is more advanced, i doubt Iron Man is so much faster than Optimus in combat speed as well since he has no good speed feats for it.

Iron Man AND War machine would be a better fight.

I hate the Michael Bay films but I'm not going to vote against Transformers when everyone thinks Optimus wins

Um... I think i'm going Iron Man here.

i think Iron Man could win unless Optimus had Jetfire's flying equipment. Optimus best weapons are his orange melee weapons, but he won't be able to use them unless he can close the distance.

Nope Optimus wins.

Iron Man within minutes.

Tony wins rather easily. More durable, firepower, and maneuverability.

@leonkarlen123: Have you ever seen Iron Man's tech. He doesn't even need to be in the same city. He could spam him with missiles.

Prime pretty handily.

Tony can fly, has a unibeam, invisibility, ability to shape shift(transform), has a chit ton of programmable robot suits to help beat Optimus and the rest of the decepticons punk arse's. He is also friends with Thor, Superman, Hulk, all and any of which would chit on Optimus..transformers are so gay.. I'd pumpkin bomb that mother fcuker back to ultron!

Optimus is much stronger, more skilled and appears to have better combat speed. He'd win if the fight was cqc. Fight would be favorable to Ironman if he took to the air so he can spam ranged attacks.

Somehow, I get the feeling that Tony could fly straight through Optimus like a bullet if he really tried. It may be easy to think that Optimus Prime is stronger, given his mass; but given his performance with the likes of Thanos, Cull Obsidian, and Thor (though his strikes were largely ineffective in that fight, he still pushed him around), and given the fact that he can travel multiple times the speed of sound, it is likely Tony could fly straight through Optimus like a bullet.

Also, his weaponry is more advanced than some of the weaponry the Transformers have been effected by. Unless I'm missing something from the newer movies, missiles, focused lasers, and repulsor blasts should be enough to seriously injure Optimus at the very least.

Tony with his full arsenal should take it after a tough fight.
