If their abilities count as quirks they lose at round 2. If not they lose at round 6, depending on which version of them it is. Piccolo casually destroyed the moon in Z, and Goku fought equally with a casual planet buster(seen jn flashback) who also destroyed another planet while seriously damaged ane almost on his death bed. If it's original series version, they get ROFL stomped at 11 with aizen hax.
