Since when does Saitama dodge attacks? Man is One Punch Man ever a tired series lol
OP says there not in character.
@jashro44: Fair enough, that was really more me bitching about One Punch Man than me making an argument though lol.
That said though, come to think of it, being bloodlusted doesn't mean that Saitama wouldn't expect to be able to tank attacks which logically he would.

Does Saitama have any other good speed feats besides keeping up with Sonic and Boros? Thor has consistently reacted to bullets and Surfer's cosmic blasts so I don't see how he can't tag Saitama atleast once.

Does he really need other feats? Apparently there is an interview where Murata said Boros kicking Saitama to the moon was meant to show Boros can throw kicks at light speed and Saitama blitzed him. We don't see Saitama show high end feats often because he never exerts effort. We have seen him create after images on multiple occasions with his speed.
Thor reacting to bullets isn't very impressive compared to Saitama. Thor reacting to Surfer's blast could be impressive but the problem with it is we have seen street levelers evade surfer's cosmic bolts. I don't think Surfer blocking surfer's beams is meant to show higher operations on his end.Surfer's cosmic blasts don't have a set speed. You might find a comic where there out pacing surfer as he flies through space but writers probably don't pay attention to minute details like that.
I think if Thor were meant to be some kind of speedster we would see feats of him perceiving the world in slow motion, blitzing street levelers like this, hear statements about how fast Thor is from people like cap and wolverine instead of the inverse, or see moments where Thor throws hundreds of punches in a second. Even Thor's high end feats are pretty ambiguous. Like him reacting in microseconds, or being said to have lightning fast reflexes. It doesn't help the former was being replicated by hawkeye and black panther in the same decade, and spider-man has a similar statement. So even some of the evidence that would suggest Thor is fast is pretty questionable.
I think its better at this point for Thor fans to just acknowledge Thor isn't that fast and try to argue around it. The speed debates been done so many times on comicvine.
Thor easily.
Saitama. We know for sure he was holding back against Boros.
And even though he was holding back, a mere shockwave, which doesn't even carry a 1% of the power of the actual strike, blasted apart Boros's strongest attack and one shot him. And Boros, according to official translation of OPM guide (yeah that's right, it's a canon translation, screw you, OPM haters) is capable of destroying both a planet and even a star:
In other words a Saitama, while holding back, can one shot star level characters by using less than 1% of his power. Sorry Thor, but you are not even remotely as impressive.
@thoromdil: Where the hell do you pull your 1% from?
I think based on the arguments I've seen, Saitama has this comfortably. Mostly because it seems Thor doesn't have the durability to absolutely no-sell serious punches (let alone bloodlusted ones) at the speed that Saitama can constantly dish them out without any negative effect so Thor will eventually go down, nor does Thor seem to have the speed to evade or tag Saitama so Saitima won't go down.
Caped Baldy walks away from another fight feeling mostly bored again it seems.
@jashro44: Any reason why?
Well with anime feats Saitama powered through Boros attack while holding back which could destroy a planet. He also beat Boros' one telekentic general who in the anime tried to crush Saitama with the force of a black hole. And Saitama casually no sold that. So I would say Saitama has the strength and durability to go toe to toe with Thor. Saitama also benefits a lot from consistency, with his only low showing being the mosquito thing.
Saitama is also a lot faster, and here he is bloodlusted.
People literally call you out for believing its planet busting. :/
@red_ruby_petal: It was stated in the anime to be planet busting. I can understand the manga taking priority but here the OP says manga/anime Saitama so I think its fair to say that attack was planet busting.
Since when does Saitama dodge attacks? Man is One Punch Man ever a tired series lol
He dodged multiple times when sparring against Genos and even a few times in his Boros fight.
Saitama dances around him and stomps.

Saitama has dodged attacks many times ironically.
Thor solos the verse. Nothing in OPM can really scratch him and they don't have any hax to tilt the scales.
Thor holds himself back to have fun in puny man fights. He give them thinking chance. But in reality he can fly through planets. Thor is fast at least in straight line and that's all he needs to kill OPM. OPM not fast enough to dodge death blitz from Thor.
Honestly, Saitama is too fast for Thor. If this were an in-character fight Thor would probably win though.
Looking at the past comments in this thread was fun though.
Thor is really slow and Saitama is decent speed wise, I'm not sure if that can bridge the gap in strength and durability showings though.
@takenstew22 I'm sure he has some wild abilities that he doesn't use in character that would win here, no?
Since he's not in character here.
