I have never seen a Hulk Clap change the atmosphere like Saitamas punch did.

Boros has only 1 appearence because he was killed on this appirence! what do you want people reading the manga think? if they tell you he is planet buster, he probably is

and about the "surface planet bust", in the japanise version you can translate what he said to both planet bust or surface of the planet bust, since the move is called "planet buster" we can assume the real meaning was planet busting attack

We recently see OPM characters reacting to electricity and have a few feats above lightning timing, Saitama probably just dodges any of Thor’s ranged attacks.

Thor would be literally motionless to Saitama and I don’t think Thor can just shrug off a volley of life wiping blunt force attacks, which is the level of attack Saitama can use even when holding back. Chances are Saitama just uses Consecutive Normal Punches until Thor collapses.

Well with anime feats Saitama powered through Boros attack while holding back which could destroy a planet. He also beat Boros' one telekentic general who in the anime tried to crush Saitama with the force of a black hole. And Saitama casually no sold that. So I would say Saitama has the strength and durability to go toe to toe with Thor. Saitama also benefits a lot from consistency, with his only low showing being the mosquito thing.

Saitama is also a lot faster, and here he is bloodlusted.

Saitama morals off and out of character is just going to combo breaker Slowdinson until he's ko'd.
