It doesn't matter if he is puu or Buu, he is getting one punched and Saitama will be bored again. OPM is a walking PIS. It is the running gag of the show that he is a normal human who got his powers by doing workouts (which are not even hard) and he is ALWAYS underestimated by anyone. (Even by his own disciple the cyborg) So being underestimated by people who claim that BUu will defeat him is just part of his character and his PIS. And being comic reader we all know PIS >>>>all (Just like Spiderman could defeat Firestorm, OPM will defeat anyone because it is his PIS)

You must be mixing it up with another crossover (if there is),because that one is just a fight between Vegeta and Saitama,and ends up because Bulma calls Vegeta lol.
Are you people kidding? This is stupid kid Buu is practically immortal, nothing but a spirit bomb can kill him because he's all negative energy. OPM can hit him as hard as he likes but if even an atom of his body survives he'll regenerate. Kid Buu is best known for being able to destroy a galaxy (in a small little cut scene), he's a cannon Broly who can regenerate and can't be killed. KID. BUU. STOMPS. ONE. PUNCH. MAN.
Buu is ftl scaling From ssj3 goku who's = 1% of berus = hundred million times ftl.
Ssj3 Goku may be well below 1% Beerus.It took Beerus' 10% to one shot Vegeta and it was stated that it was the first time he used a tenth of his strength in a while,meaning he used less than that against Goku...and since Goku thougth that not even a fusion with Vegeta will do any good against him (at least Beerus's suppresed power,Goku couldn't sense his ki).
Giving the benefit of the doubt to Goku and saying Beerus used 9% (which he didn't,but for the sake of the argument let's say he did) against him and curbstomped the saiyan into oblivion...that means 9% Beerus>Ssj Vegetto>>>> Ssj3 Goku.

Although you may think Buu could regen indefinitely, Majins can't actually do that. When physically outmatched the regeneration begins to fail, like when Fat Buu got pummeled by Kid Buu for half an hour. Majins can be defeated by purely physical attacks provided they are constant, relentless, and superior to what the Majin can dish out. I think it would be a really long and interesting fight. It'd be a game to both combatants, and it would slowly get more intense as they'd slowly take each other more and more seriously.
I think Saitama would [eventually] win out because he's broken the limitations of humanity and can theoretically output as much force into his attacks as he deems necessary, while Buu specifically tops out somewhere around SS3-level.
