Classic Doomsday from back when he could only talk enough to roughly repeat a word or two he saw on TV. The guy who withstood the power of a million or a million million or a billion billion (I forget which it was) atomic bombs, killed Superman, killed or at least severely injured Darkseid back when he was the ultimate bad guy of the DCU instead of Superman's punching bag (for this we'll dismiss the claim that all previous defeats Darkseid has suffered were actually only against his Avatars), killed a whole ton of Green Lanterns and so forth. Not the later Doomsday, who seems like a pushover (as far as I care). The scenario is that, teleported to its dimension by the obligatory Wizard Who Did It, Doomsday has come to Saitama's city, killed or fudged up all other superheroes and for that matter any supervillains he could find, plus a whole lot of civilians, and now it's down to him against what so far seems to be the most powerful being of One Punch Man's universe - One Punch Man himself, the man so powerful that he seems able to kill anything in a single blow. Note the fact that Doomsday comes back from the dead doesn't count here. If he's killed once that's good enough to count as a victory for this scenario. PIS and CIS are on for this.
One Punch Man VS Doomsday
Any comic version of Doomsday should win, other than the one from the Dos storyline. Even that one would still be challenging for OPM with its continental durability and strength.
Doomsday adapts to every punch he throws and eventually no sells his punches, then proceeds to stomp him.
