K guys. This is a curbstomp in my opinion.
The essence or being of Onepunch-Man is more psychological than physical. He is an indestructible and incorruptible human being as he is the essence of a god/budha. He symbolizes humanity's will to survive or so it seems from what I understand by reading the manga but also symbolizes this difficult search for existence or meaning in existence.
Going back to the point of psychological impact, Onepunch-man is indestructible purely because he is created to be incapable of losing. If there is ever any being that has incredible powers and strength, he will simply be stronger. And if there is something or someone that comes later that shows a more capable feat, he will again prove to be stronger with seemingly no training simply because, he isn't beatable.
He was shown to be able to react to Genos's strongest concussive canons at point blank range. This indicates that Onepunch-man has a sort of sixth sense that enables him to react to dangerous situations as he was able to create after-images of himself while sparring with Genos. It also shows that he has near-if-not-at light speed reactions and muscle movement.
Lets take a look at Genos's concussive canons were able to deform a mountain and a large cement building in a matter of seconds with an accurate shot from the original shape of the release. I remind you that this was not at full power either (assuming that his full power shots are when he puts his hands together like in his and Saitama's spar or even when another pair of arms come flying in, attaching themselves to his existing pair). Another instance of this strength is when Genos fought the Rhino and at the brink of his loss, he shoots his canon at a fairly close distance and does no apparent damage to the Rhino. Rhino then goes into berzerk mode. Saitama easily punches him and decimates the body (assuming that the berserk mode not only puts him into a frenzy but also increases his power and durability.) Another instance is when the crazy big brother throws Saitama into the ground and goes into a barrage of attacks that digs a hole deep into Earth's crust. Saitama reveals himself with no damage taken at all. In fact, Saitama goes for a little kiddie punch that sends the big brother's face into the atmosphere.
Now through these observations, I can assume that Saitama has planet-busting capabilities, as in he can destroy the planet but since he only has the force of his fist and no others, this assumption is made that his punches have the power to decimate a planet.Lets not forget that when Saitama actually did punch at Genos one time but stopped just before it hit, he was able to complete change the surrounding area, causing a massive cloud of dirt from the force of his fist alone. Lets not forget that Onepunch man isn't big. His size compared to Thanos would probably only be at his chest and to accomplish something of this feat from the wind in his comparably small fists is incredibly impressive.
Now what happens if he can't beat his opponents in one hit? This itself remains a mystery. Will Onepunch-man lose his godlike strength? Whether this be it, I think the impact would not be physiological or biological but rather psychological. This sudden realization that there is an opponent that Onepunch-man cannot defeat with one punch will trigger a mental and psychological breakdown or perhaps, like above, even a power collapse causing his powers to fade. If this were the case, Onepunch-man would obviously lose.
