@leo-343: @The Stegman I know Luffy is asexual and it makes sense why he wasn't affected but straight women should be immune to her powers as well if the victim has to find Boa attractive. So either those women she affected were lesbians/bisexual or the power is inconsistent.
Tsunade should have better strength and endurance with her 1000 seals of healing or whatever. As well as the edge with versatility what with being able to summon Katsuyu. Everything just about points to her winning, but I'm not sure how Boa's powers will affect her.
@leo-343: You can recognize an attractive man but that doesn't mean you're attracted to him. Chris Pratt is a good looking guy but I don't find him the least bit attractive. Same should apply to Boa Hancock but it would appear that her DF power is ill-defined/ inconsistent.

The power is inconsistent IMO and Oda didn't think too hard on it.
@juiceboks: It happened in the 2Y3D special too(where they showed what Luffy did during the Time-Skip). The woman even used special herbs to increase her resistance to Boa's charm.
The reason Boa's devil fruit works on women is because any feeling of “lust" or feeling of attraction to her such as simply thinking she is pretty or beautiful is automatically amplified by her devil fruit thus making them vulnerable to her abilities. It doesn't work on Luffy because he's plain ignorant to how beautiful she is.
On Topic:
Boa takes this with ease-mid diff, she's massively faster than Tsuande by by scaling and because One Piece in general is a massively faster verse. She has haki so her strength although not more than Tsuande's is still formidable. Finally her haxed devil fruit abilities would pretty much let her one shot if she goes for the face.
Those girls from Amazon Lily are bad examples, the entire island was going crazy for Hancock though she was able petrify that guard woman back at Impel Down so merely acknowledging Hancock's beauty is most likely all it takes
Luffy isn't asexual. He just doesn't make it a big deal like others do unless he's with other guys along with being pure of heart he's immune to Boa's power.
@leo-343: It just seems inconsistent is all. Does the person have to find her good looking or do they have to actually be attracted to her?

@colliderz Then her powers only work on a case by case basis then since beauty is subjective. There's no way of telling whether Tsunade would find her pretty or not.
