yes because the Punch overpowered the Beam that Split the moon and temporarily overpowered The Moon's Gravitational Binding Force, aka the Punch was above casually Moon+ level attadks .

The punch didn't overpower the beam. He used a hand to block and run forward to push through the beam. I question people's IQ if they think blocking that beam was a punch.

What Saitama did to Boros' roaring Cannon is a punch that stops a beam, not what Naruto did.
